Overview
RING is India's trusted digital credit platform and the only app that offers both credit and payments. Customers use the RING app to pay for e-commerce transactions, pay merchants, make bank transfers, pay bills, and pay with UPI. RING has over 10 lakhs+ merchants across the country.
The brand needed a revamp and was looking for a fun, young appeal. The brand was rebranded as RING. As a startup, it launched on a web platform. The goal was to target the young aspirational class—to get credit and transact on the go.
Branding
Repositioning of the brand by changing the logo and providing logo guidelines for internal and external communication—colour, shape, typography, and brand personality. Our design approach rested on three pillars: Minimalistic, Meaningful, and Modern (Millennial).
We designed a wordmark using the Indie rupee typeface to resonate with the psyche of young aspirants. The up arrow signals direction and motivates them to move ahead to fulfil their small dreams. We kept Blue as the core colour—it stands for trust, honesty, quality, and security, especially for brands in the financial sector. We created a brand guidelines video for internal use as an SOP. Brand extensions included letterheads, physical credit card, and virtual credit card.


App Development
We proposed the PaywithRING app—designed for easy transactional credit: pay bills, make bank transfers, and shop anytime, anywhere. We designed 100+ UI pages with UX testing so customers could complete payment transactions, receive cashback, and earn reward points. We used illustration to create a youthful mascot in the app.
We created infographic videos and suggested local-language versions to educate customers on how to use the app and highlight the benefits of RING.

Static Creatives
We created 30+ Google ads on the theme 'Just Ring it' for the mid-funnel journey and landing pages for customer acquisition.
